We have such a diverse range of customers who ask us to carry out various 'normal' and 'unusual' Mystery Shopping programmes from providing Mystery Customers to Channel 4 and E4's The Salon - The alternative version of Big Brother where a team of stylists and beauty therapists were asked to run a Salon in front of the cameras for over 3 months.

We had to provide 6 Mystery Customers to take part and then provide analysis and feedback on each of the staff members Live on Air the following Thursday at the Staff meeting (which lasted over 2 hours long.
